Close relatives to be compensated for impact on lives
Pre-registration for the Horizon Family Member Redress Scheme is now open, allowing eligible family members affected by the Post Office Horizon scandal to secure priority consideration when the scheme formally launches.
The scheme is expected to provide compensation for close relatives who experienced harm as a result of the impact the Horizon scandal had on a family member.
While full details of eligibility, compensation levels and the claims process are still being finalised, completing the Government's pre-registration will help ensure your application is included at the earliest opportunity.

We are a group with a mission: to redress the chances that were taken from us when we were growing up, by the actions of Post Office and Fujitsu.

Our Mission
LOST CHANCES aims to relieve financial hardship, poverty, ill-health, distress and suffering of the families and dependants who were affected by the Post Office Horizon Scandal. In particular, but not exclusively through providing grants, support networks and carrying out advocacy and campaigning
We act as an informal support group for one another with referrals for mental health specialists
We want to support all those affected and will provide grants for the following through a grant application
